Does the price cover all computers in my school?▾

Yes. One license covers your entire fleet — up to 50 nodes on Starter, unlimited on Pro. No per-seat fees.

What does 'managed endpoints' mean?▾

Each Windows computer running the CognoShift Sentinel agent is one managed endpoint. The Sentinel is a lightweight background service (~50MB RAM).

Is there a free trial?▾

Yes — contact us at sales@cognoshift.in for a 30-day pilot. The Haryana 5-school pilot is currently active.

What payment methods are accepted?▾

Razorpay accepts all Indian debit/credit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT, and IMPS. Government purchase orders are also accepted.

Is there a GST invoice?▾

Yes. A GST invoice is auto-generated and emailed after every payment. CIN and GSTIN details are included.

Can I upgrade from Starter to Pro?▾

Yes. Contact support@cognoshift.in and we'll prorate the upgrade. Your license key prefix changes from CS-CIV- to CS-GOV-.
